Actor Shakti Kapoor, the first male contestant to be evicted from the Bigg Boss house, says he is relieved. “I think it was absolutely the right time for me to be evicted. Maine bahut kuch seekha in bacchon se aur bahut sikhaaya bhi. Now that I am not there, it will be an out-and-out
youngsters’ game. Bahut kuch tha jo woh mere hote hue nahi kar sakte the … ab kar paayenge, now there will be more tamasha.” says the 59-year-old.
The big screen baddie maintained a very low profile in the recent episodes of the reality TV show. “I didn’t want to be indecent towards any girl in the house. That is why I stayed away from them. There were lot of people who tried to instigate me. I am a gentleman and that’s why I kept quiet; I could have said lot of things but that would have been wrong.”
He adds that he eantered the house to prove a point to his children. “I was not there to win but to prove to my kids that I can stay away from alcohol for a month. I am proud that I could prove that,” he says.
About his link up with fellow contestant, actor Shraddha Sharma, he says, “Logon ne bahut koshish ki mujhe link karne ki … sirf Shraddha se hi nahi, dusron se bhi, but there was nothing of this sort,” he says.
So, who does he think will win the show? “It is too early to say anything about that. More than half the people inside the house are fake. And as the days pass, the drama will only increase,” he says.
