Michele Selene Ang
Biography:
Michele Selene Ang is a Chinese-Indonesian-American actor and filmmaker. She was born in Surabaya, Indonesia and immigrated to the San Francisco Bay Area with her family, eventually becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen. She is most known for starring as Courtney Crimsen in the 2017 Netflix series "13 Reasons Why."
Michele was raised in Fairfield, California and attended the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts for Theater. She is also a 2012 National YoungArts Program Silver Award winner in Theater and a 2012 U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts.
