Biography: Tomohito Oosaki is known for being the author of the light novel One Piece: Mugiwara Stories, which was adapted into the special episode One Piece Fan Letter. He is also the author of the Gintama spin-off novel, 3-nen Z-gumi Ginpachi-sensei.
