Wife of early roadshow huckster and exploitation film distributor S.S. "Steamship" Millard and mother of trash filmmaker Nick Millard, Frances produced many of her son's low budget movies and even got the acting bug later in life, appearing in several of Nick's camcorder-shot obscurities like the belated Criminally Insane sequel, the Death Nurse duo and Doctor Bloodbath.
