Biography: Kelsi Phung, born in 1993, is a French-Vietnamese non-binary filmmaker and graphic author. They graduated in 2018 from the animated film department of Gobelins, in Paris, where they directed the short film "Les lèvres gercées", which tells the impact of the lack of communication at home for a transgender child.
