Biography: Joaquin Perocillo hails from Cavite but lived in Cebu City for 11 years. His filmmaking journey began in Cebu, leading to involvement in various short film productions until college. He wants to see and be part of a movement in Philippine Cinema that embraces diversity, properly representing the languages and cultures found throughout the nation's many regions.
