Neil Bhatt's foray into the entertainment industry began when he participated in Kaboom, a dance reality show, where he clinched the first position. His enthusiasm propelled him from one show to the next, ultimately establishing his popularity through the iconic dance show, Boogie Woogie. In 2008, he marked his acting debut with the show "Arslaan." In 2018, he played Ranveer Singh Vaghela's antagonist in Roop - Mard Ka Naya Swaroop. He played DCP Virat Chavan in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin from October 2020 to the show's generation leap in June 2023. He won massive popularity with Ghum.
