Vic Savage
Biography:
Vic Savage was an American film director, writer, producer and actor. Savage was born Arthur Nelson White in Bridgeport, Connecticut, but claimed to have been a Cherokee Indian born in Oklahoma. Savage was also known as A. J. Nelson, Bradley Nichols, A. N. White, Arthur J. White, and Arthur N. White. In 1959, Savage wrote and produced the film Street Fighter, which was apparently based on his own brushes with the law as a juvenile and his stay at the Meriden School for Boys in Meriden, Connecticut.
