Biography: Arthur "Art" Metrano (September 22, 1936 – September 8, 2021) was an American actor and comedian, born in Brooklyn, New York City. Metrano may be best known for his role as Lt./Capt./Cmdt. Mauser in Police Academy 2 and Police Academy 3. Metrano's first film role was as a truck driver in the 1961 Cold War thriller Rocket Attack U.S.A.. Among Metrano's TV guest appearances was a 1968 episode of Ironside.
